2013 was an outstanding year in the short but exciting life of the Center for International Strategic Studies. It was a year jam-packed with activities, conferences, workshops, round table discussions, research and publications. During the year, one of our researchers availed a fellowship in the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, California, two of our researchers participated in a track-II initiative for developing nuclear confidence building measures between India and Pakistan in Sofia, Bulgaria; and I attended a number of international conferences abroad.
