Executive Director CISS, Ambassador Ali Sarwar Naqvi, held a meeting with Mr. Ciaran Malone Second Secretary at the British High Commission, Islamabad on Tuesday 4 September 2018, here at the Center. Mr. Martin Smart and Ms. Rebecca Read from Counter Proliferation and Arms Control Centre (CPACC) London, also attended the meeting. The group discussed the nuclear issues in South Asia with special emphasis to prospects for arms control and Pakistan’s nonproliferation initiatives.
