Riaz Khokhar participated in a workshop on escalation dynamics and consequence management in the subcontinent involving table top exercises at the Stimson Center on June 21, 2019. The first exercise considered probabilities and routes of escalation to conventional and nuclear war. The second exercise was a resource allocation game that Stimson South Asia recently developed.
